Refund policy

Our refund policy extends for a duration of 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.

Items of satisfactory quality are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

We exclusively accept returns for items that have been rejected or significantly differ from their description.

Refunds can only be processed for regular priced items; unfortunately, items on sale are not eligible for refunds.

In instances where goods do not match the ordered size, color, or style, returns cannot be accommodated. We encourage you to refer to the size chart on our website before making a purchase.

If you receive rejected goods, kindly reach out to our Support service via email at support@globalsellz.com. Please specify the items, attach photos showcasing defects or discrepancies, and provide the reason for return.

Please note that returned items are only accepted if they are in pristine condition, with hang tags, factory labels, and packaging untouched.

We aim to respond within 24 hours to your inquiry.

Important: Do not send return parcels to the address indicated on the package, as it is not designated for returns. Goods returned without notifying our Support Service will not be accepted.

You are responsible for covering the shipping expenses for returning your item, as shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

The time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you can vary depending on your location.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging.

Items that have been rejected or substantially differ from their description can be returned.

Certain items are not eligible for return, including gift cards and select health/personal care items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted in specific situations, such as items that are not in their original condition, have damages, or are missing parts for reasons unrelated to our error. Returns made more than 30 days after delivery are also subject to partial refunds.

Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated upon receiving and inspecting your return. An email will be sent to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

For delayed or missing refunds (if applicable), check your bank account and contact your credit card company. There might be a processing delay before the refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable) are only possible for defective or damaged items. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at support@globalsellz.com.

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn't marked as a gift or was initially shipped to the gift giver, a refund will be issued to the gift giver.
